First and foremost remember this- your faith is personal and nobody can take that away from you just because your family doesn’t see things the same way, doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path stand firm and who you are and what you believe. Jesus had haters too and look how that turned out!

When disrespect comes your way, it can be easy to react with anger or frustration, but listen that’s not the move. Breathe. Responding in love and patience can show them the light inside you. You’re representing Jesus, so keep it classy- even when they’re not.

It’s crucial to protect your peace if your family‘s words, actions or gestures are toxic set some boundaries. Let them know that while you love them, you won’t tolerate disrespect. You don’t have to engage in conversations that tear you down. It’s OK to step back when necessary.

Don’t underestimate the power of prayer. Pray for those family members who disrespect your faith. Pray for their hearts to soften and for them to see the light. Prayer is powerful, and it can change minds and hearts- even if you don’t see it right away.

At the end of the day, remember why you’re doing this.Your relationship with Jesus goes beyond your family dynamics. Stay focused on your journey and growth. Don’t let family drama pull you away from your purpose.
